Our technicians can connect to your remote server to perform the agreed activities. This mode must match customer's security policy and our remote support requirements.
The Pay-Per-Use support is carried out using remote collaboration tools. The service will be provided in Italian or English language, during the working days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET).
Hours included in the package will be split up according to Customer needs. The minimum intervention counts 30 minutes.
Pay-Per-Use service cannot be used for maintenance activities on the standard production instance of CMDBuild, such as the resolution of bugs, restoring the system as a result of errors, version upgrades, etc. For these activities Tecnoteca offers the Maintenance service as Annual Subscription.
