openMAINT Pay-Per-Use Support

After signing the Annual Subscription, you can also purchase remote support hours for activities on openMAINT and custom configuration.

The service has a variable cost that depends on the package size (20, 40, 80, 100, 160 hours).

This service is recommended for:

START-UP (bringing the software into production):

  • Brief system overview through a remote call

  • Maps and 3D model import

  • Maintenance Manual configuration support

  • Self-ServicePortal set-up

  • Mail Management System set-up

  • Users and Permissions set-up

  • Connectors activation and set-up

  • One-time initial data import
  • Views, filters, lists of values, templates, classifications, etc.set-up

CUSTOMISATION ACTIVITIES:
  • Analysis of possible extensions from the standard configuration
  • Configuration of new workflows, new reports, new dashboards, new connectors
  • Implementation of functional extensions to the "core" system

    Our technicians can connect to your remote server to perform the agreed activities. This mode must match customer's security policy and our remote support requirements.

    The Pay-Per-Use support is carried out using remote collaboration tools. The service will be provided in English during the working days  from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET).

    Hours included in the package will be split up according to Customer needs. The minimum intervention counts 30 minutes.

    Pay-Per-Use service cannot be used for maintenance activities on the standard production instance of openMAINT, such as the resolution of bugs, restoring the system as a result of errors, version upgrades, etc. For these activities Tecnoteca offers the Maintenance service as Annual Subscription.
