Tourism Padua
The TurismoPadova Company had the need to carry out the graphic and functional restyling of the tourist portal, highlighting the cultural and artistic characteristics of the city of Padua, the offer of the Euganean Spas and the specialty of the territory.
The website has been developed with the open source Plone CMS.
Information sheets have been prepared to manage and represent information related to museums, monuments, itineraries, excursions, hotels and accommodation facilities.
The information has been enriched with photos, videos and geo-referenced in Google Maps.
The contents of the site are reorganized by destination (place of interest) and classified in a multidimensional way (with facets) to allow a better availability for the tourist.
In addition to the main TurismoPadova portal, have been developed 5 Thematic Sites, dedicated to sporting itineraries, spas, conventions and multimedia.
