Municipality of Valdagno
The website of the Municipality of Valdagno is developed with the open source Plone CMS.
The contents are organized in a logical and coherent information structure. Classified by thematic areas (categories of topics) and by recipients of information (keywords) provide different points of access to information.
We have set up information sheets for the offices, the procedures and the related forms, the tenders, the events and the press review, complying with the various requests of the Organization.
A newsletter is active, which automatically groups the most relevant information of the week and sends it to the citizens registered for the service.
There are also features for sharing content on social networks, RSS, video and geo-referencing in Google Maps.
The management and the updating of the contents are carried out by the editors of the Municipality that, taking advantage of the CMS functions, have maximum autonomy and flexibility.
In addition to the institutional website of the Municipality, we have created the “Progetto Giovani Valdagno” (“Valdagno Youth Project”) website, also developed with the Plone CMS.
The management and the updating of the contents are also carried out independently by the editors of the “Informagiovani”.
