We provide two training courses, in remote way, to supports the operators using openMAINT.
Module 1: openMAINT application funcionalities (4 sessions - 16 hours total)
- using the openMAINT interface and the basic functions (relations, history, attachments, mail, etc,),
- loading, consulting and updating data cards of immovable and movable assets,
- loading, consulting and updating the Maintenance Manual for the different subsystems of managed elements,
- planning the maintenance activities,
- approval, execution and recording of maintenance,
- warehouse management and related movements,
- budget management,
- management of suppliers and contracts,
- management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices,
- optimization of the staff commitment,
- recording of costs and energy certifications.
Module 2: using openMAINT with GIS / 3D tools (2 sessions - 8 hours total)
- georeference building and infrastructures on the territory,
- georeference tha assets onto the plants of builings
- synchronize the 3D CAD design tools with openMAINT
- using the interactive viewer for 3D models integrated in openMAINT
- create, manage and update data associated to a building

Training activities can be carried out using remote collaboration tools, in Italian or English, during the working days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET), in maximum 4 hours per session.
Every course would have a maximum of three persons attending.
