PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

We inform you that personal data (including particular categories of data and personal data relating to criminal convictions) contained in the Curriculum Vitae and in the other communications you send us will be treated (with or without the aid of electronic tools) for the purposes connected to recruiting and selecting personnel.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the interested party, expressed by sending his Curriculum Vitae to tecnoteca@tecnoteca.com. 

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may only be accessed by persons authorized to process data and by individuals who, processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, have been appointed as Data Processors. These subjects are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of a specific internal regulation. The data will not be subject to communications to third parties, nor will be disseminated.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The data sent will not be transferred to third countries.

DATA STORAGE CRITERIA

With regard to the storage of data processed in the terms indicated above, provided that based on the principles of necessity, relevance and non-surplus the storage times of the different types of personal data eventually processed must be identified taking into account each of the objectives in practice pursued, we inform you that the CVs will be kept for two years from the date of receipt. Once this period is reached, they will be destroyed or cancelled.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The Owner informs that you, as interested party, have the right to ask:

  • access to personal data and information (art. 15 of the GDPR);
  • the correction or cancellation of the same (articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR);
  • the limitation of the processing of personal data (art. 18 of the GDPR).


Then you can:

  • object to the processing of personal data under the conditions and within the limits set forth in art. 21 of the GDPR;
  • exercise the right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR).


With regard to processing operations based on consent (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) and Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the GDPR), we inform that you have the right to revoke this consent at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation).

Lastly, please note that, as interested party, if you believe that your data processing violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data or any other competent authority) pursuant to Article 77 and following of the GDPR.
