Province of Agrigento (Italy)
Requirements
The Provincial Administration of Agrigento manages a territory located in the south west of Sicily, and includes half a million inhabitants.
The Administration has seen the CMDBuild application in Bologna during COMPA 2006 (Public Communication European Exhibition), and having appreciated the features and open source license has decided to adopt CMDBuild for the management of their IT assets.
A lot of workflows have been analyzed and configured at the customer's offices or using remote connection.
The technical referent participated in CMDBuild Day 2010, showing with his presence the interests in the CMDBuild project.
Activities
We provided the following services:
- support for CMDBuild installation and configuration, including additional components
- data model analysis and configuration
- initial data import (staff, offices, computers, printers, monitors, UPS, etc.)
- connector configuration to synchronize CMDBuild and OCS Inventory
- configuration of an Incident Management to handle tickets, with automatic work order print
- configuration of a Change Management workflow, also activated using Incident process
- training and support activities
- annual maintenance service
