AC Camerfirma S.A. is a Spanish company with almost 20 years of experience in the provision of certification services. Today, and after passing the evaluation phase in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation, Camerfirma has become a qualified provider of Trust Services and appears in the Spanish (TSL) and European (UETL) Trust Service Lists, which allows to provide qualified trust services that benefit from legal presumption of validity and offer greater guarantees to the user against unqualified trust services.

In May 2014 we started using the CMDBuild solution for the management of the company assets. This tool has allowed us to control in a simple way the situation of the assets, status and location, together with the relationships between them and the changes that may have happened in their life time.

In addition, with the potential of Alfresco, the possibility to attach files and images with each asset is a great benefit to have all this centralized management. Another very useful feature is the possibility to generate reports.

This tool is quite well established in our daily work, so in the future we will continue counting on it and exploiting all its potential, since there are functionalities, such as workflows, that we haven’t used yet.

AC Camerfirma S.A. es una compañía con casi 20 años de experiencia en la Prestación de Servicios de Certificación. A día de hoy, y tras superar la fase de evaluación de conformidad al Reglamento eIDAS, AC Camerfirma se ha convertido en Prestador Cualificado de Servicios de Confianza y aparece en las Listas de Servicios de Confianza española (TSL) y europea (UETL), lo que le habilita a prestar servicios de confianza cualificados que gozan de presunción legal de validez y ofrecen mayores garantías al usuario frente a los servicios de confianza no cualificados.

En Mayo de 2014 empezamos a utilizar la herramienta CMDBuild para la gestión de activos de la compañía. Esta herramienta nos ha permitido poder controlar de una manera sencilla la situación de los activos, estado y localización junto con las relaciones entre ellos y las modificaciones que hayan podido tener en su tiempo de vida.

Además, con el potencial de Alfresco, el poder adjuntar archivos e imágenes junto a cada activo es un gran beneficio para tener toda esta gestión centralizada. Otra característica de gran utilidad es poder generar informes.

Esta herramienta está bastante bien asentada en nuestro trabajo del día a día, así que en un futuro seguiremos contando con ella y avanzando en todo el potencial que tiene, ya que hay funcionalidades, como los flujos de trabajo, que no hemos utilizado aún.
