You can attend the CMDBuild training courses to be autonomous in your system's management activities.
Modules
- Module A (2 sessions - 8 hours total): system details (architecture, installation procedure, required components, version updating, recurrent operative activities)
- Module B (4 sessions - 16 hours total): data model configuration and knowledge of the database (suggested guidelines for the CMDB modelling, available technical mechanisms, use of the Administration Module, use of the Management Module, data import from pre-existing files, PostgreSQL functions to configure Dashboard or Views)
- Module C (2 sessions - 8 hours total): report system (JasperStudio, samples of SQL query to extract data)
- Module D (7 sessions - 28 hours total): workflow system (CMDBuild philosophy, XPDL standard, TWE as visual editor, CMDBuild interaction details, implementation of a workflow sample, overview on certain more advanced mechanisms)

Training activities can be carried out using remote collaboration tools, in Italian or English, during the working days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET), in maximum 4 hours per session.
